    Banana Colada


    Ingredients:

    3 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
    2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/2 cup coconut cream
    Toasted coconut and pineapple slices for garnish

    Method:

    Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and frothy. If you forget to freeze the banana beforehand, add about a cup of ice to the blender.

    Serve in a colada glass or a collins glass garnished with toasted coconut and a slice of pineapple.
    This tastes best on a sunny afternoon
