    Kollu Thuvaiyal

    Ingredients:

    200 gms Horse Gram
    1 tsp Pepper
    4 nos Red dry Chillies
    ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
    A bit of dry Ginger
    4 Nos Garlic flakes
    Salt to taste

    Method:

    Dry roast with out oil, all the ingredients.
    Make into a fine powder with little water in the mixie.

    Uses:

    Useful in regularising body weight.
    Tones u[ muscles.Increases kidney function.
